This is my first post … to my first blog … to my first website … for my first company … A lot of firsts!
It is with nervous excitement that I begin this venture. Allergen free baking is something that has become second nature to me (see my “About Me” page!). I have embraced the change to gluten / dairy free wholeheartedly and enjoy the challenge of modifying timeless recipes to new culinary treasures based on my dietary choices.
My desire is to share a bit of what life in our home is like living …. SIMPLY.
